SSS Reset App

Coming soon

Soften. Stabilise. Step Forward.

A moment to pause. Space to reconnect. One manageable next step.

When emotions feel overwhelming, knowing where to begin can be difficult. The SSS Reset App is designed to offer a simple, compassionate framework for navigating those moments one step at a time.

Built around Live Your Truth’s three pillars, SSS Reset encourages you to recognise what you are feeling, connect with what helps, and choose your next step with kindness.

You don’t have to solve everything at once.

Three pillars to guide your reset

Soften

Begin with compassion.

Acknowledge what is happening without judging yourself for it. Soften is an invitation to pause, notice your feelings and respond to yourself with care.

“This is hard. What do I need right now?”

Stabilise

Connect with what helps you feel grounded.

Bring your attention to the present and draw on familiar supports. This might mean noticing your surroundings, feeling your feet on the floor, finding a quieter space or connecting with someone you trust.

“What could help me feel a little steadier?”

Step Forward

Choose one small, meaningful action.

You do not need to feel completely calm before taking a manageable next step. That step might be asking for help, expressing a need, taking a break or returning to something that matters to you.

“What is one kind and useful thing I can do next?”

Your reset can look different every day

Some days, a brief pause may be enough. On others, you may need more time, more support or to return to an earlier pillar.

SSS Reset is built around the understanding that emotional wellbeing is personal. The aim is to make room for your experience and help you respond in ways that support your needs, choices and goals.

A shared language for support

The Soften, Stabilise, Step Forward framework also offers a shared language for conversations with trusted people, carers and support workers.

It encourages connection, choice and a collaborative approach:

  • Soften: “I’m here. We can take this slowly.”

  • Stabilise: “What usually helps you feel more grounded?”

  • Step Forward: “What would feel manageable next?”

NOTE

SSS Reset is a wellbeing support tool. It does not replace professional mental health care, an individual support or safety plan, or emergency assistance.
